The No-Guess Coffee Cup system was specifically designed to save the store server a considerable amount of time.

Aligning a lid to the various positions on the cup will allow the server to indicate the cups contents while eliminating the need to use any writing tools.

Identifying a specific beverage can be executed in the same amount of time it takes to put on the lid.

An advantage of this beverage indicating cup/marking system is that most lids are asymmetrical - having a tab or drink opening that can be used as a pointer for the No-Guess Cup, thus eliminating the need for a special lid and allowing the restaurant to use their lid of choice.

Designs include up to 12 indicator options.

Cup design can also use numbered indicators to customize to their own menus or identifying systems.

Lids typically take much effort to rotate once they are installed, so the reliability of this inventions advantage is evident.
